A Space to Imagine, Experiment, and Create

Evergreen Connections offers nurturing, full-day weekly programs for young artists. As the creator and mentor of these programs, I offer a space of gentle guidance and collaboration where children can explore their curiosity and build creative confidence within a small community of makers.

I believe that creativity thrives when we balance a sense of wonder and story with active making and time spent in nature. Our days flow between three distinct environments: The Snug, a soft room of couches and books; The Workshop, an active space for creative games and projects; and The Wild, the woods and playground of nearby Hampton Park. Together, we work to spark new ideas, fuel our creative fires, and carry that light with us out into the world.

Wordsmiths: Language Arts Day

Tuesdays, 9:30–3:30 | Ages 8–12 January 6 – March 10 | $750 (2 spots remaining)

In Wordsmiths, I invite young writers and thinkers to explore the art of language with a focus on playful creativity. Through word games, creative prompts, and collaborative workshops, children delve into their own ideas and interests, resulting in writing that feels personally meaningful. We experiment with everything from poetry and lyrics to theatre scenes and short stories, discovering how words can be powerful tools for self-expression and connection.

Artmakers: Visual Arts Day

Thursdays, 9:30–3:30 | Ages 7–12 January 8 – March 12 | $750 (2 spots remaining)

Artmakers is a day for children to bring their ideas to life through a hands-on exploration of visual form. I introduce students to a wide range of materials—from sculpture and fibre arts to drawing, painting, and printmaking. By focusing on the process of creative discovery, I provide the time and space children need to problem-solve, build skills at their own pace, and grow as confident, curious artists.

Once I receive your email, I will guide you through the steps to complete the registration, and provide you with all program details and policies.
